

Breitling aimed to build long-term system resilience by strengthening local leadership and entrepreneurial capacity in Gujarat, which is one of the communities where they source lab grown diamonds.
We translated Breitling’s vision into a locally grounded engagement that identified the leadership and organizational needs within Gujarat’s impact ecosystem and designed a leadership journey that strengthened capacity, deepened collaboration, and supported sustainable economic development.

As part of DHL’s SALAM program, we provided sustainability project coaching for senior leaders across DHL Global Forwarding’s EMEA region, working with leaders from 11 countries
The program helped leaders design and prototype community projects aligned with DHL’s corporate citizenship goals, building a sustainability mindset through both theory and practice. We facilitated design thinking sessions as the core methodology for project development, and provided coaching across 4 cohorts supporting 15 projects from concept through implementation.

As Girl Rising merged with She’s the First, we supported the two teams to work through how to integrate their structures and day-to-day operations.
We designed and facilitated a structured retreat that balanced alignment with human connection. Sessions created space for honest dialogue, grounded reflection in real organizational challenges, and linked conversations to roles and priorities, while adaptive facilitation responded to the room’s energy to move the team toward clarity.
