As the Director of Business Development at Global Good x Amani, Eeshta drives partnerships, client engagement, and strategic growth across the social impact ecosystem. Her work focuses on building meaningful collaborations and shaping opportunities that enable organizations to deepen and scale their impact.
Alongside her work in growth and partnerships, Eeshta designs and facilitates leadership and organizational development programs for diverse teams across Asia and beyond. She has worked with partners such as the Tara Climate Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Clinton Health Access Initiative, GIZ, and SEWA Bharat, supporting leaders to navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration, and lead with greater clarity and intention.
At the heart of her practice is a belief in facilitation as a powerful tool for shifting mindsets and building connection. Her approach is deeply influenced by her grounding in regenerative development and theatre, which continue to shape how she holds spaces and works with groups.
Beyond her role, she has led independent initiatives such as the Desi Gyaan Series, K for Takoree, and Women Walk at Midnight, and continues to support grassroots efforts through her time and practice. She sometimes moonlights as a theatre artist.
