Neville Okwaro

Senior Consultant

Neville Okwaro has spent his career chasing one question: how do you build systems that outlast the person who designed them? That question has taken him from county governments in Kenya to policy chambers across Africa, always in pursuit of the same belief that lasting impact is never delivered, it is installed.
Neville is an organisational development practitioner with over 12 years of experience leading high-impact programs across sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. He has built a reputation as a systems thinker, someone who can take a national policy ambition and turn it into something that works on the ground. Among his proudest contributions is co-authoring a continental strategy now adopted by 54 African nations to mainstream gender and youth equity in water and sanitation implementation. At Global Good x Amani, Neville brings the same instinct for durable systems to leadership and organisational development helping clients move from training delivered to capability built.
He holds an MA in International Public Health from Liverpool John Moores University, and a Bachelor of Education from Egerton University and is currently pursuing an MBA from Nexford University.
